- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is a joke!!!! I have given then MONEY, MONEY, MONEY and I ask for a favor 5 minutes after they close and they want to hammer me with all these extra fees!!!! Nope never again!!! Go to a vet that will take care of you in the time of need! You have gotten PLENTY OF MONEY FROM ME!!! 5 minutes are you kidding me!! Well I guess it is time to find another vet!!!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I arrived a few minutes early, was never told about an extra fee for using a debit card. The client registration form asks very personal questions and as I'm waiting the gal calls the doctor who is in Ottawa , argued that I did have an appointment then I'm told "she's in the middle of a declaw and will be 20 minutes late" I despise incompetence and my time being devalued.
